Yuan Repose (舒方) Essential Oil promotes better sleep quality, and helps achieve body and mind equilibrium.

Relieves tension and achieves calming effect. Suitable when one is experiencing stress and anxiety.
- Contains Lavander oil.
Recommended Usage Directions:
1. Diffuse to unwind after a long day at work, or 20 minutes to an hour before children's bedtime to help them get ready for bed.
2. Blend 4-6 drops of essential oil with every 100ml of carrier oil (e.g. jojoba oil, olive oil, evening primrose oil, grapeseed oil etc) in a dark amber or dark blue bottle. Use the essential oil blend to massage your temples, shoulders and other parts of body to relieve headache and other body aches, and helps with relaxation and melt away anxiety.
3. Diffuse the essential oil or create an essential oil blend to soothe one's mind during yoga practice.
