Shipping schedule within Singapore

Our logistics partner is Ninja Van. Please take note of their delivery standards for your reference:
  • The Driver will hand over the Parcel only if the Recipient (or any person designated to receive the Parcel on the Recipient’s behalf) is present.
  • The Driver may leave the Parcel at the Recipient’s designated address without the presence of the Recipient if the Recipient can provide the 3-digit verification code to the Driver or as otherwise instructed by the Recipient. Ninja and/or the Driver shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the Parcel in that case.
  • Ninja Van will notify the Recipient if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the Recipient’s absence. Ninja shall perform a second and third attempt to deliver the relevant Parcel. If the third attempt fails, Ninja will return the Parcel to the Sender and will be considered to have fulfilled its delivery obligations, and retains full discretion not to refund the Fees.

Shipping fees within Ninja Van

The fixed standard shipping rate is SGD2.85 for parcels up to 4kg. Free shipping with minimum purchase of SGD45.

In-Store Pickup

For your convenience, you can shop online and pick up at your local Yuan Skincare. When checking out the items in your cart, choose 'Local Pickup'. There are no charges if this option is selected upon checkout.

Need someone else to fetch it for you? During checkout, let us know the name, email and phone for your proxy in the 'Special instructions for seller' box. The information provided will only be used for order status updates and never for marketing purposes.

You’ll get an email confirmation once your order is placed, another one when your order is ready for pickup, and third email once your order has been picked up. In the rare instance item(s) are not available from your order, you will receive an email letting you know. For faster service, bring your confirmation email and valid government-issued ID to the register and an associate will retrieve your order for you. We will send you a Thank You email confirming your order was picked up.
